A: For small bookings: if canceled within less than 14 days prior
to the arrival date there is 25% of the gross sale forfeited
and charged to your credit card. If canceled within more than
14 days there is a $50 cancellation fee. For reservations of
30 days or more: if canceled within 30 days prior to the arrival
date there is a 25% of the gross sale forfeited and charged
to your credit card. If canceled within more than 30 days the
cancellation fee is $50.
